Description

Anyone who registers a heavy highway motor vehicle in their name with a taxable gross weight of 55,000 pounds or more must file Form 2290, Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Tax Return and pay any Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Tax due at the time of registration. Initial $75 service fee does not include tax fee. Client will be separately invoiced the amount of the form 2290 tax ($550 maximum) as it depends on the month that the vehicle acquired.
